Carolina's Taquitos started with one idea: if you're going to serve Mexican food in rural Oklahoma, it better be worth the drive. Every tortilla is hand-rolled, every filling is seasoned from scratch, and nothing comes out of our kitchen unless we'd serve it to our own family.
We've been feeding Dover and the surrounding community from North Chisholm Trail for years — not because we're the biggest spot in town, but because people keep coming back for the same reason they tried us the first time: it tastes like it was made by someone who actually cares.
